The spacers allow motorcycles to be lowered at the rear. The spacer is simply installed in the shock absorber, more precisely between the retaining ring of the sealing head and the sealing head itself. This limits the stroke of the shock absorber as the shock absorber can now rebound less by the height of the spacer. The installation of the spacer has no effect on the function of the shock absorber. The spacer can be removed again and the bike returned to its original height
SPECIAL FEATURE:
In contrast to the usual lowering spacers, this spacer has a 2-part design. This means that it can be fitted without having to remove the piston rod, or more precisely without having to remove the piston and seal head or the base from the piston rod. The spacer can be fitted with the piston rod installed. This means that the damper does not have to be refilled and bled.
The height of the spacer is 8 mm. This corresponds to a lowering at the rear of around 24 mm.
The spacer is available in diameters of 46 mm and 50 mm and is therefore suitable for almost all common shock absorbers
