SKF GLIDE KIT WP48 AER AIR FORK

The SKF Glide Kit replaces the original seal and piston rings of the cartridge on the air side of the WP48 AER fork. This fork has many sealing rings installed, which seal all moving parts and thus contribute to the coefficient of friction or the so-called breakaway force. The seals are also exposed to high pressure, which increases friction many times over. As a result, the WP48 AER fork has a significantly greater breakaway force (or "stick-slip") than conventional forks.

The SKF conversion kit significantly reduces this breakaway force, minimizes the stick-slip effect and also increases tightness and reliability. The response behavior is improved and smaller bumps are better absorbed.
