Solid carbide tuning crankshaft with solid carbide special connecting rod kit

This solid carbide crankshaft is designed with a higher moment of inertia for improved handling, performance and a better balance for less vibration.

You will notice the high quality as the concentricity is within 0.01 mm and the shaft can be revised several times without losing strength and stiffness.

In addition, this crankshaft is assembled with a special lightweight connecting rod kit (CRK1502) and must be used with the solid connecting rod journal to ensure the best balancing factor for minimal engine vibration.

The connecting rod weighs 19 grams less than the OEM connecting rod and improves throttle response.

When the engine decelerates, the standard connecting rod deforms 0.015-0.02 mm oval, while our solid carbide connecting rod deforms only 0.005 mm (due to the high-strength material). In addition, this connecting rod is very well machined, which ensures a smooth surface. This prevents small cracks in the material.
