VHM CYLINDER HEAD

Thanks to its many years of experience in the field of two-stroke tuning, VHM has been able to develop a high-quality cylinder head. 

different combustion chambers for each cylinder head, each of which generates a specific engine power delivery. This allows the engine characteristics and power delivery to be quickly and easily adapted to the respective requirements, such as the track, ground conditions or personal preference. There are 3 categories of combustion chambers

• The standard combustion chamber: this has an optimum power delivery developed by VHM across the entire speed range.
• The high-compression combustion chamber: This generates more torque in the lower and medium speed ranges. This improves engine response and acceleration out of corners. It is therefore ideally suited for sandy ground and shorter distances. 
• The low-compression combustion chamber: This results in better revving and more peak power. This is ideal, for example, for rather hard surfaces and larger tracks, i.e. where top speed is required above all.

Intensive tests on the test bench and the use of special aluminum alloys with high specific thermal conductivity coefficients lead to improved engine temperature values. 

The cylinder head fits any standard cylinder

 The combustion chambers are suitable for both standard fuels and racing fuel. 

The solid carbide cylinder heads are a tuning part and as such are intended exclusively for use in racing. Tuning parts are not permitted for road-legal vehicles and will result in the loss of the operating license.
